What we can’t help with
We cannot access, recover or move anyone’s funds, reset wallet passwords or resolve exchange account problems. For those, contact your wallet provider or exchange through their official support channels only. We will never ask for your secret key, recovery phrase or passwords: anyone who does is a scammer.
